Richard has over 30 years of experience in financial services, including 23 years with the investment management firm Manning & Napier Advisors, Inc., where he led the Marketing Group and served on the firm’s Investment Policy Group and Executive Group.
Over the years, Barrington has appeared on Fox Business News and NPR, and has been quoted by The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, USA Today, CNBC and many other news outlets.
Prior to beginning his investment career Barrington graduated magna cum laude from St. John Fisher College with a BA in Communications. While at Manning & Napier, he earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the Association of Investment Management and Research (now the “CFA Institute”).
