If you are a frequent traveler who often stays at hotels, a hotel credit card can be a wise financial tool – but what is the easiest hotel credit card to get?
Hotel credit cards often come with mega welcome bonuses, free night stays, elite status, room upgrades and more, so understandably, these cards are reserved for those with good credit scores. If you have a good or better credit rating (usually a score of 670 or higher), you have a good chance for approval. If your rating is fair or below (under 670), you should hold off on applying until you can bring up your score. Unfortunately, there are currently no hotel credit cards designed for people with fair credit.
It’s also important to keep in mind when shopping for a new credit card that approval ease isn’t everything. Yes, your credit score absolutely matters, and that will play a big role in the approval process, but you should also consider your spending habits, card fees, how practical the rewards are and so forth before applying for a new card.
