Remember, though, that all your purchases’ rewards round to the nearest 10 points. Also, you’ll receive 10% of your points back for the first 100,000 points you redeem in a year.

This card works with the Bilt Rewards Alliance program, which is a rewards and benefits program for people who rent from properties within the alliance. Even renters without the Bilt card can earn points on their rent payments when they live in one of the alliance member properties.
