Could someone tell me what the easiest/hardest cards are from amex as far as how hard they are to get….(WHICH ONE IS GONNA IMPRESS THE GIRLS THE MOST) hehehehe
The choices are:

With the green card, you’ll have to pay the balance in full each month.
With Optima, Blue, and Clear, you can carry a balance.
I think Blue and Clear are the easier ones to get, and would suggest you try Blue first.

I just got the Blue last month and decided that I’d rather have the Blue Cash so I had them convert at the end of the first bill. After I received a new card, I clicked the CLI button online and got a $2000 increase from $2000 to $4000. If it’s worth anything, my wife thinks the card looks cool.

I’ve got the Amex Starwood Platinum rewards card and I like that one quite a bit. You can use the points on Starwood hotels (W, Sheraton, some others), or you can convert them to miles on most airlines (United only converts at one-half mile per point, presumably so it doesn’t compete with the United credit card, but most others do one point per mile I believe).
I’ve found several travel blogs and other sites that rated the card very highly.
