Capital One® Venture® Rewards Credit Card:

Capital One® Venture® Rewards Credit Card

Welcome Offer: Rake in 50,000 Venture® miles when you spend $3,000 in the first 3 months. Those 50,000 miles (plus the 6,000 you'll earn at the regular reward rate for spending $3,000 (2 miles per $1)) = 56,000 miles worth $560 of statement credits for completely flexible travel.

$95 annual fee waived the first year.

Analysis: This is an incredibly flexible travel rewards credit card with a simple-to-understand rewards structure: You earn two miles for every $1 spent on all your purchases with no caps or categories to keep up with. BUT, it gets better. Thanks to a partnership with Hotels.com, cardholders who book through Hotels.com/Venture will earn 10x the miles per $1 spent. That's in addition to the regular Hotels.com rewards program in which you earn a free night for every 10 nights stayed. Those miles earned can then be redeemed with all the flexibility of any other Venture® miles.

You won't pay foreign transaction fees with this card and you'll enjoy the flexibility to redeem your rewards on any airline or with any hotel (among other great travel redemption options) without worrying about blackout dates. Plus, right now the welcome offer is higher than typical for this card, so jump on it while it lasts. Credit needed: Excellent, Good

Ink Business Preferred℠ Credit Card:

Ink Business Preferred℠ Credit Card

Before Chase launched its newest business credit card, it talked to actual small business owners about what they needed in a credit card. Much of what Chase learned made its way into the perks and features of the Ink Business Preferred℠ Credit Card – that research and the resulting features make this card worth taking a long look at.

For starters, new cardholders earn 80,000 Chase Ultimate Rewards® points when you spend $5,000 in the first three months. Beyond the intro offer, the rewards opportunities remain lucrative: Earn three points per $1 on up to $150,000 spent in select business categories each year (as determined by your account anniversary) including travel and shipping, among others. After meeting the cap, and on all your other purchases, you earn one point per $1 spent.

Among several other appealing features is cell phone protection for the primary number as well as all your employee phones on the same account (as long as you pay your bill on the card). Credit needed: Excellent
