The Visa Screening Room at the Elgin Theatre hosts many of the Toronto International Film Festival's biggest movie premieres. It also serves as a special headquarters for Visa cardholders visiting this year's festival. Visa Gold, Visa Platinum, and Visa Infinite cardholders can access the Screening Room's Visa Premiere Lounge, where they can enjoy complimentary snacks and refreshments.
Visa spokesperson Brenda Woods told reporters that the announcements reinforced her company's commitment to offering special access and cardholder benefits at major cultural events. Issuing banks outside the United States use the Visa Infinite imprint to compete with other upscale credit cards, like American Express' Centurion Card.
