Annual Percentage Rate of interest charged by credit card issuer. This rate may be fixed (F) or variable (V).

Fixed rates do not vary with changes in the Index Rate charged to banks.

Variable Rates are usually stated as X% added to the Index Rate. The Index Rate is typically called the Prime Rate but may also be the LIBOR.
