All banks have the right to change their terms for any reason.

the 0% on purchases might be nice, but I don't have the income at the moment to be racking up debt.
You're missing the point. It's not debt. Spend what you would usually spend--but instead of paying the bank each month in full, make the minimum payment and put the rest in a 5% plus savings account. When the 0% is about to expire, pay the entire balance. Your interest is your profit. You haven't spent more than you'd spend otherwise...

I don't like the two-cycle average daily balance method of balance computation and I really can't enter into an agreement where they "reserve the rightto change account term
The two-cycle method only affects you if you carry a balance. And, as Qikpass said, EVERY bank has that clause in its terms reserving the right to change those terms.

I just recently applied for the Chase Flex Rewards w/ the 0% interest till march 08 but the CL is lower compared to my other cards...Do you think they will approve me for a CL increase AND will it still be 0% interest b/c most of my CL went to BT already
