This is for the Juniper/Barclay Bank MasterCard Offer.
My name is Joann Foy and I have an account # 5140 2180 2514 2801. I signed up to have $100.00 taken out of my checking account every month. I called today to ask to raise the minimum of which is $2,000. I was refused. I want my money changed to $50.00 a month. They told me that I would have to e-mail you to change this. I didn't have to sign up for the $100. through the e-mail. This is wrong and I am very upset that I may change my credit card to something else besides Juniper. I have always paid more than the minimum amout each month and I don't like the way I am being treated. My e-mail is jobelle.foy6@gmail.com. If this is not taken care of in April, then I will call my lawyer.
