discover turned me down fico 713 at time of application...but soon i try again..

My credit score was in the 720s when I applied for and got a Discover Card with a 3,000 dollar limit last November, which included a 12 month intro 0% rate on purchases and transfers. Now that the restaurant rewards are being phased out the card is a lot less useful in my opinion.
