Only thing I would caution (take with salt)

RBS unless anything has changed in the last 5 years, has no online site unless you have more than a credit card, and you can't make an online payment. I had a RBS Centura card from years ago, and had repeated problems with them "receiving" my check.

I checked the Application FAQs, found Here, and I quote:

Q. Can I manage my account online?
A. Yes. Simply enroll in Online Account Access. You can see recent and past transactions, pay your credit card bill, check balances and more online. Enrollment is free.

So, it is a thing of the past tony. All credit cards these days seem to have online account access. [/url]

Thanks quiznut1 I haven't checked RBC in a while. I was down in NC back in the mid-late 90s and had a Centura Bank account in which I got a RBC Credit Card Travel Rewards in three years they totally redid the reward levels which I didn't like, and then I had multiple problems with them processing my payments on time. Mailed a check a week before the due date, but they didn't receive it until 2 days after the due date. Once I can chalk up to the Postal service, but 3 in 6 months I don't buy it. When I left NC, I closed the checking and savings account and lost all online access for the credit card. So it was a miserable experience. If they had left the reward structure the same I would have dealt with it, but not worth it for what I was getting.

Glad to see they are catching up with the rest of the companies and coming out with a reward card that is worth it again. I may have to look at giving them another chance.

Theres a long thread about this card on fat wallet. It looks like you need an invitation code to get this card, and they may give you a different card without the code.
