I thought that the "Winter save up sale"
was supposed to last until tax day April 15 ?

It's actually a RISE of .2%, from 3.8% to 4.0%, as the basic rate. Those who put NEW funds in to get the 4.8% bonus rate will still get it; it's guaranteed through 4/15. After 4/15, I suspect Ing will pay at least the same as its main competition...
