Hi,
New to the forum and am asking for a little help.
I am looking to get a new CC. I already have 6 cards from 6 different banks:
1-Chase
2-Mbna
3-Citibank
4-Amex
5-Cap One
6-Discover
I do not want a 2nd account from any of banks listed above, but looking for a new bank to apply to. I do not carry any balances on my cards and my credit score is above 750 from all 3 credit Agencies.
So, what do you guys think?? What credit card should I go for next.
Any help or comments wound be greatly appreciated!

You could also look at some of the regional banks. Curious, what are you looking for?

I thought I had all the big banks covered.
I am not missing anyone, am I??
I am looking for any card that does not charge a membership fee.
I don't see the point in having 2 accounts from the same bank. What if you want to transfer a balance one day? You can't do it if it's within the same bank.
Anyone have an account that is not issued by one of the Big Banks that I list in my above post and that they are happy with.
Thanks to all reply

Not mentioned in your list is the GM Card issued by Household Bank. It's good for large credit limits and balance transfer offers with low rates and no fees.
I haven't had any trouble with them but Household Bank has a horrible reputation when it comes to customer service. Very anti-consumer when it comes to credit card disputes (fraud) - probably because it's easier and cheaper to side with the merchant.
If you need the available credit to shuffle and juggle debt, the GM Card is a possibility.

Lots of reasons to have more than one card at a bank. First, for some banks you can reallocate your credit limits between cards. So if you get a good offer you can move the some of the credit limit to the card with the better offer. Also simply because you may like the rewards on one card. But if you use it for purchases you cannot use it for balance transfers. Of course not all card from a bank get the same offers, non-reward cards usually have better APR and BT deals.
Many people combine two credit limits into one and card and close the other card. This gives them a much higher credit limit quickly. Often other banks will match the highest limit.

Try USAA Credit Cards. We've had one for awhile and had no problems. Good rates and customer service.

citibank allows for you have a bt check issued directly to you off of their website. I actually prefer to have several cards from the same issuer since I think it easier to know the ins and outs of a few issuers.
