You will not have to pay any additional monthly fees after the 1st year (no reporting to the credit reporting agencies will occur after that). After successfully making 12 monthly payments on time, Eufora will apply 100% of your advance deposit towards your 2nd year's annual Membership fee (you must remain in the program for at least 2 years).
