I've not heard much about RBS/Citizens Bank. I just received a pre-approved mailer for their 6.99% Fixed Platinum MC. Anybody have this card that can chime in? Do they give generous CL's at approval?

It is a good issuer.
Limits vary but I don;t here of them doing the chase 400 dollar limit to alot people.
They have a 0% offer if you go direct to their site.

have never asked for an increase.
