I submitted an application for the small business AMEX TrueEarnings and AMEX says they can’t find it. I submitted my first one on Tuesday, called the next day and they say they can’t find it. They adviced me to resubmit another application on Wednesday, which I did. Now I call today and they say they still don’t see anything. Should I apply once again through the phone?
