Well, this originally was a 99/500 card, so even if it weren’t an airline card, there would have been some annual fee or another.

I just thought the viewpoint was funny.

I agree 100%. I like BOA but their CSRs are very uneducated about the prodcuts they are servicing. It got much worse after the MBNA merger and it’s been slow recovering.
