Post subject: Professional Credit Card for Businesses?

I just got the Chase Professional card, and I was wondering if there are any other banks that offer the same kind of card, meaning a business card that does NOT report on personal credit bureaus, but only requires you to fill out your personal info on the application. I do a lot of freelance type work, and I want to keep my business expenses separate, but I do not have a business address or company name or any of that stuff that a lot of applications require. Chase Professional seems to be the only business card that I can find that only requires the applicant’s personal info. Anyone know of others?
