Transaction fee for balance transfers: 3% of the amount of each balance transfer, $5 minimum. However, there is a $250 maximum fee with the 0.00% APR balance transfer offer described above.

Yeap I want. Also this card has a minimum credit limit of 8000. If I read the Terms and Conditions correctly.
