hi,
i moved my credit limit over from my delta skymiles to my amex blue cash , my cl is now over $ 50 000.00 on the amex blue cash , i wanted to move it all over and close the delta card , but the amex rep didnt let me do it , said i had to leave a $1000.00 on the delta card…what can i do Mouse??

IT “MAY” TAKE 2 or 3 MORE CALLS BEFORE YOU GET SOMEBODY WITH A CLUE

IT MAY TAKE A WEEK or TWO TO GET THE LAST $1,000 MOVED OVER

I WANT TO CLOSE MY XXXXX CARD AND MOVE THE $XX,XXX CREDIT LIMIT TO ANOTHER CARD I HAVE

[EXAMPLE]

YOU HAVE STARWOOD $15,000 & HILTON $10,000

YOU WANT TO CLOSE HILTON AND MOVE THE $10,000 TO STARWOOD

(STARWOOD would be $25,000)

Have you ever used the phone automated CLI? If so, was it a soft?
