Post subject: Plains Commerce Bank Credit Card Customer Service

I read a lot of bad stuff about Plains Commerce Bank, so I wanted to submit the other side. I am presently working on an issue with Plains Commerce Bank. I have to say - customer service has been absolutely wonderful. I didn't get the result I hope for yet, but I have been able to speak all the way up the line - to the Vice President of Credit Card services. She was kind and cordial and promises me a call back.
I know that their rates are high for signing up, but I'll take that over a hundred bucks less to get started and no one even trained to provide support.
for those who are trying to build or rebuild credit, I think it's important to keep in mind the importance of customer service when selecting a credit card company.
