Why does some banks allow to access your full limit for cash, while others do 50% or even less than that.

My guess would be to limit the potential loss if a consumer takes the money and runs.

i dont know
at least with chase, for most accounts, the cash limit is 20% of the total credit limit.
though recently i have noticed alot of accounts having their cash limits permanently raised to the full credit limit. i see no reason for this. if someone is so desperate for money that they are willing to pay a 3% fee with no max and a 24% apr. then that makes me worry about their financial stability. but hey, thats just me. lol
banks = illogical
