Or is that just as a co-app? I had been thinking about asking my mother to add me as an authorized user or c0 app to one of her older accounts to boost my score. The problem is this, since this line will report and her limits are outrageous though 0 balance would this have a negative effect on my ability to obtain credit?
Lets say she has card with 200k limits all avail and it shows up on my report. I will admit that I am incapable of paying that amount off shuld it be maxed. Would creditors decline me due to too much avail credit. I think all of her cards are beyond my means to repay. So would it just be better to keep chipping away at my score as I climb the hill.
