What year did you get that letter, mouse? Possibly the policy has changed since then.

I can verify that (in my case) bikshu is correct. Although I call a different # to reach the credit dept, all of my increases (2 cli requests this year) have been approved immediately while on the phone with only a soft inquiry. Amazing. I love MBNA
