I just got my AMEX Delta Gold Card in the mail with a 2000 CL. I registered online and can't seem to find the LUV button. Can anybody direct me to the luv button, and when I find it, should I use it to see if they will raise my limit?, also do they pull a bureau when you use the button? Sorry for being stupid

Click on "Recent Activity," then on the next page you'll see the "Request Credit Increase" button... that's it. If you get the form, then submitting it will probably result in an inquiry. If you don't see the form, you'll see the increase you're automatically eligible for.

Thanks, found the LUV Button, but got the form so I canceled the request, so if I read correctly if there is no form, there will be an amount for which you can increase your CL too?. Is it normal for a non increase to be there when you get your card. Also do you try for a CLI when you get your statement or after you it?
Cheers

Sure... it's normal not to have an increase available with the luv button right after you get the card, although a lot of people have received CLIs from the Amex reps during activation. As far as when to try it, I don't know of any particular time that's best to check... I just check all the time.
