Message on my CitiBank Platinum Select Credit Card Statement

For Citibank, for Account Online, I have just looked at my new Billing Statement for the Citi Platinum Select Card and underneath the section where it says "Statement Messages" it says the following:

"If you have not received your new card, please call the Customer Service number on this statement."

I have just moved into my dorms here at my university, and the mailing address that Citi still has on file is my home mailing address. Has Citi issued new cards for existing cardholders recently? Should I be expecting a new card to arrive at my home address?
