I went through chapter 7/13 banruptcy in 2004 and I wanted to know if there's an unsecured credit card that I would have a good chance of getting approved. With my current employer, I really need a credit card because I travel a lot with this job, but they are not in a position to give me a company credit card. I have a check card with my bank, but I don't always have the funds in the account to travel with. I have checked my credit reports with the three credit reporting companies, which show that all of my old accounts have been paid due to the bankruptcy. Please, what chance do I have or would it be best to apply for a secured credit card. Thanks in advance for your advice.
