holly Gamolly….yeah ,well…its actually a bunch of real estate inquries when i was shopping for a loan , and then its the same when i shopped for a carloan , 15 of them are falling off in 3 months …buts it still way too many…my score is 739 on experian…wonder what i would have been if i didnt have all this inq

SP… this is a common circumstance.
Actually, can we make a sticky that warns people not to trust ANY company employee about what kind of pull their company makes???
Or how about one that tells people to assume that all pulls will be hard. Say…. If its not worth a hard pull then dont do it. Or if you can;t afford a hard pull then dont do it. Then if it comes up as a soft…BONUS..and if its hard….well…..you expected it.

Mortgage FICO score speaking..yea.
Credit card FICO score speaking - it hurts. And it hurts upon manual review as well.
Several mortgage INQ in a short time should count as 1. The same is not true for auto loans. One should be VERY careful about giving a dealership their info because they may fing 10-30 INQ hit their report(s).
