Capitol One not only declined my request, but kept answering my questions with the exact same answer. I think the CSR was having an even worse day than I was…I thanked her and told her she should thank her mother on Mother’s Day for clearly having the patience of a saint.

Capitol One

$7200 balance - delinquent during bad spell but followed procedure and got out of delinquency…have paid over minimum for four months since.

APR - 25.9% !!!!

Request: Denied

Reason: Account “restricted”

Looking to find good BT deal…if they’ll have me!

my interest rate was 18.99%, I always PIF. now it’s as of today, P+3.99% =11.99 %

this account has been open for 90 days. Amex will do this at anytime after the account has been open for at least 90 days and is in good standing

the feds have rates rates 16 times this year. as of today the prime is 8%. last year at this time it was 6%
