Excellent Program! They offer a NO CREDIT CHECK account and report to the major credit bureaus. Almost anyone gets approved. Only catch is you have to buy something from them for them to report the tradeline. Just buy something cheap and pay back on time. It should help your credit score if thats the goal.

Just received an instant approval for...

CitiBank Platinum Select/AAdvantage World MasterCard

CR pulled - unsure -- either TU or EQ, both scores in 670's

No pre-sent spending limit but assigned revolving credit limit - $5,000

(other cards received recently (6mos) - AmEx Gold / Discover $2500, B of A - $5K, State Farm - $1K) Home Depot, $1,500 - I think I'll chill for a bit
