TomfromCt, you responded to my thread about CapOne’s “OASIS” type account rehab program. Would you be kind enough to tell me how you did it, who you spoke with, how the process worked, and how they treat the new accounts? Also, once the accounts are paid and still open, do they treat you like any other customer, or are they flagged as previously delinquent etc.? Please get back to me, I’d love to hear! Thanks!
