Amex and Citi Dividend
Experience is a hard teacher because she gives the test first, the lesson afterward.

It depends, most of the time yes, but a few times not.

I only had problems with my first two cards (Capital One and National City). I had very little credit history so I guess they had to check me out for more than 60 seconds. Citi Dividend got instant approval. Chase cash plus - they didn't mention the possibility of instant approval. I thought someone said Chase didn't do that but QikPass said Chase gave him an instant.
