Post subject: Sorted lists of credit card bonuses (3/28/07 update)

Calculation of the total value of bonuses did not take into account air-tickets and gifts (e.g. MP3 players), and the fact that some of these bonuses are for the same credit card. Also, with Citibank and AmEx cards, you usually get a gift card for sign-up points and miles, not an account credit.
