Discover Credit Card Special Relations Number

Post subject: Thank You To Whomever you are maybe bullwinkle
To the person who discover the 1 800 899-9939 capital one special relations number. I actually called to find out why my account was not eligible to receive paper statements. Reason; because of some enclosures that cannot be printed. However, since I had her on the line, I wanted a reduced rate as well. Finally after 6 years I have been approved to have a reduction on my 12.9 fixed rate lowered to an 8.9 fixed rate. I guess I should be grateful that I 've always had the 10.5k limit, which is not easy to do with cap one. Even the 12.9 fixed was good when the feds were rasing rates, but my credit is too good for a rate of that magnitude. I have a zero balance and refused to use the card for that reason. Kept account open for history. Thank you, thank you,! Still may not use it
