Post subject: Chase Freedom Visa Signature!

Found this looking through the visa.com website looking at all the providers of Visa Signature cards. I wonder why Chase doesnt have this card on there "View all cards" page?

I might apply for this one to have 2 Chase accounts....

I WILL APPLY FOR IT WHEN CHASE SENDS ME AN OFFER FOR IT. THEY KEEP SENDING ME OFFERS FOR A CARD I ALREADY HAVE WITH THEM. I HAVE 2 CHASE PERSONAL, AND 1 BIZ CARD. DO YOU THINK THEY'LL SEND ME AN OFFER FOR IT? I WONT TAKE A HARD HIT FOR A CLI, BETTER TO JUST APPLY FOR A NEW CARD, THEN MOVE THE CL

Well, the Freedom Cash VISA card is included in the "all cards" list. Chase doesn't include the low rate Signature cards in its list -- those are generally only available by mail invitation. (There are a couple of high rate, 18%+, affinity "Signatures" on that list, however.)

I'm not sure that the "VISA Signature" link you've provided to this card is necessarily to an application for the Signature version of Chase's Freedom card. While the "VISA Signature" logo appears on the displayed card, the rate terms are P+5.99 -- pretty much the run of the mill card rate. Invitations for Chase Sig V cards currently feature a rate of 10.99%(F) -- the one I was issued in Dec has a 9.99% fixed rate.

Perhaps, but mine was worth a bit more than that.

The one you note (not a V Sig) offered a $250 rebate but a 0% intro bt rate for as short as only 3 mo, then a high 14%+ standard rate. The Freedom I received had a 15-mo 0% bt rate (no bt fee) w/ low std rate thereafter -- I transferred $5K to it.
