BoA sent me that card to replace the platinum visa after the meger with mbna. My apr didn't change. It was 8.9% fixed before the merger and it stayed the same after they converted it to platinum plus world points Visa

16.99%. I need to call and have them reduce the apr. I'm currently using it as for their offered 0% balance transfer for 6 months.

My MC version is at 11.99% which they did decrease the apr for me a few months ago after conversion from mbna.

I don't use either of these cards for everyday purchases so the rate isn't a big deal to me. 7.9% and 8.9% do look nice though! I have don't have any credit card with a regular apr that low.
