Bank of America Credit Card Bureau Pulls

Post subject: BOA credit bureau pull(s)?

1) Does anyone know what credit bureau Bank of America pulls for credit reviews?

2) Also, I contacted BOA yesterday to find out about their secure Visa program. They indicated that after 9 months of timely payments (not carrying a balance is viewed more favorably) they will convert your account to a non secured account.

I thought it was worth the $1000 investment to gain another positive trade line.

My question related to #2...the rep indicated that they report the secured account as just a regular credit card account with NO reference to secured.

Is anyone familiar with this before I send in my money

BA pulled Exp for my 3 applications since Dec 1. I previously made two apps in early 2004 -- they pulled Eq for the 1st, Exp for the 2nd. (FWIW, I live in PA)
