Post subject: Which 0% Balance Transfer Card would we be able to qualify?
We have a FICO of 719 and 42.43% of credit available. Could anyone recommend a 0% balance transfer card that you think we could qualify for. Annual income of $56k
We have an American Express card with a 10% interest rate, $5131. balance, and I'm considering transferring it over if possible.

Given that credit score and usage, you should be able to take advantage of most 0% offers. Check out this list of 0% offers:

I would stick to the ones in the first group to avoid a BT fee.

Look into Citi, BoA, Chase and even another Amex product. Beware of BT fees.
