Post subject: Get Refund of any Foreign Transaction Fees of MCard and Visa

A few weeks ago, I wrote an article on credit card foreign transaction fees. A direct link to it is

Just the other day, I received a mailer saying that I am entitled to a refund of any such fees imposed by Mastercard or Visa from 2/1/1996 to 11/8/2006. The mailer also had the following website listed if you want to get more information.
