June 1st 2007
NO TRAVEL ACCIDENT INSURANCE COVERAGE
NO EMERGENCY EVACUATION COVERAGE
BofA QUANTUM IS REALLY TRYING TO BE SUB-PRIME
(on the back side of the increase letter for higher minimum finance charges and higher minimum payments)
What I get from reading the microscopic print is that you could owe say $5,000 and they “CAN” tell you the minimum payment is $500 or $2,000 if they want to…………

Amazing.
For years, MBNA touted the Quantum Mastercard as a super prime card reserved for those only with the best credit.
Now it looks like it is no better than an average card for average credit.
