Credit Tips: Does American Express Have a Credit Card Similar to Citi Premierpass Credit Card?

The citi premierpass world mastercard is notorious for

1. no pre approved CLI
2. reporting neither CL nor high balance to credit bureaus

Anyone obtained AMEX version of premierpass card? and can tell us if amex version has any difference in terms of above two matters?
