Post subject: Which companies don’t report limits?

I was just reading an article about Capital One not reporting credit limits to the bureaus. While I’m grateful that they gave me credit when others wouldn’t, it could come back to get me later. Are there other companies out there that don’t report their limits? Here’s a link to the article I was reading:

Citi-Banco Does not report limits or high balances on the Premier Pass World card. I disputed it with the three bureau’s and Equifax sent me a comfirmation of high balance entry. The next day I got a score alert from the monitoring agency as my score raised 11 points overnight after the corrected entry.
