Hi Guys!

I have a Juniper U.S. Airways Credit Card. Today I check my account and they lower my credit limit from $ 9000.00 to $6000.00. Have this happen to anyone. I don’t understand the reason. I called and the realationship manager said I would have to call the credit department during normanl business hours. Please give me some feedback. Thanks

I have heard of it with Juniper when you take cash advances. Have you recently taken a cash advance against your card? Has anything changed on your report? Are you the same person who reported that they lost their Amex cards? Ifthat is reporting closed by lender that could factor into it.

I see you recently applied forseveral cards. Maybe they feel you have too much avail credit for your reported income.

Did you recently apply for another Juniper Credit Card?.. If so they could reallocated some of the available credit

Another reason could be that they may have done a review of your credit reports and may have reduced the line because of what they saw.. Have you had any recent delinquency or have excessive revolving balances on other credit card… This is adverse action and you would have to receive notification if this happened..

Hopefully tomorrow when you call you will be able to find out the reason and hopefully get your credit line back to where it was at..

Happy holidays

I know Chase is great about doing this. If you look at your report, most of your credit cards pull a monthly report to “look” at your report, if they see a change or a downward pattern, then your credit limit could be lowered or your APR could increase or your introductory APR could be eliminated altogether!
Chase used to be notorious about doing this, I am suprised to see Barclays following this
