Post subject: Brand New Media Request- Savings Rebate Credit Cards
Received the following new media request for a t.v. producer! She is looking for folks that have used rebate credit cards that allow you to automatically put your rebate in a saving type account:
Do you use credit cards that use a "spend to save"
incentive? I am a tv news producer looking for a consumer for an on-camera interview. We would need to conduct the interview before close of business this Friday 11/3.
More info. about these type of cards here:

If interested, please contact me asap with your phone number and best time to call. Thanks for your interest in this important consumer topic!

"SPend to Save" ?
What a bunch of malarkey... great marketing gimmick though, especially since the One card from AMEX charges an annual fee, which pretty much cuts into your "Spending to Save" philosophy.
People need to change their attitude to "Save to Save".
Just my two cents.. (which I'll be saving).
