Post subject: amex pull hard when cli?

I heard many people on the site that had amex would go on the site and would click the cli button and get an instant increase. Well i went to my new amex blue account and found the request increase button clicked it. But it made me enter job info and annual income. I then pressed submit and they said they will let me know in 2 weeks.

does this mean they pulled a hard inq? ive only had this account 1 month.

or is this the normal cli situation?
