If you wanted an answer right away, you should have gone to the store and done it in person. I guess you will have to wait or pick up the phone and ask them. Not very many benefits to owning a macys card btw..I have the elite card and it’s nothing to get excited about.

Macy’s seems to give easy approval to those who go in the store and apply in person.
I have had a Macy’s card for a while, with a good limit, but I have read that the approval seems to be easy, but some are stuck with low limits.
