How to Dispute a Credit Card Charge Online

Post subject: Chase--how to dispute a charge online?
I need to dispute a charge on my chase card. Has anyone here tried doing so recently? The online dispute form will *not* let me continue and submit the dispute, even after entering all information.
I am very sure I've filled in all information required. It just won't accept the field. I'm going to call to dispute of course, but what's wrong with the online dispute submission?

I dont think chase wants you to dispute so I doubt that they make it easy to do online. There is some generic forms on the FTC website. I would fill it out and mail it to chase and maybe send certified mail...I remember chase being really slow, too.

Don't bother, disputing with chase is like trying to pull teeth.
How much is the dispute for, and what are the circumstances?

I assume by this statement, you didnt win your dispute. I win all of mine...including with chase...asserting your rights, is always a good idea.

why not just call them? we have a very nice dispute department just waiting to send you a stack of forms to fill out
though they are closed on the weekends, so call them tommorow
