Post subject: Fleet Speedy Balance Transfer!

Though I am not a particulary big fan of Fleet, I applied and accepted their BT offer I got from them in the mail because I will be getting 0% APR on BT's and purchases thru 3/05. I applied online Saturday morning and this morning when I checked my Chase account, my balance was already transferred out! I was quite impressed! I was expecting at least a month.

Keep checking for other such offers. Citibank offers 0% interest, 0% BT fee for ONE YEAR!

Why? Past default with them? How bad was the default, if you don't mind me asking?
