Can I get a secured credit card though I’m a non US resident? If so, how?

I need on to make payments on the internet.

I was in the same postion, and I managed to get a Visa and Mastercard

Do you have a work authorization and SSAN? It should be okay if you have this and a checking and savings acct. and work history.
