received an offer from Aspen yesterday
Pre-approved for $300 , however, fees and other charges limits the credit line.
These fees includes $150 for the annual credit card fee and $29.00 for the account activation fee.
Before I can use the card I have to send in a $20.00 payment and there are $6.50 billed monthly for account servicing.

Interest rate %19.5 and default is 31 %

Dosent sound like much of an offer.
cards with fees like that should be avoided at all costs. There are much better options out there.
Do you have any idea of what your credit profile looks like? If you share it with the board, maybe you can get some ideas of better banks/cards to try.
